Margaret Cooper is an Australian artist who specialises in oil painting on canvas and enjoys depicting Australian flora and fauna. She was inspired to paint the flora and fauna of the tropical rainforests of Cairns as well as the richness of the entangled rainforest itself, seeking to create mood through land and water scapes with colour, shape and shadow and to depict wildlife in it’s various forms.
